With decades of experience in handling a variety of commercial real estate matters, consisting of financing, purchasing, selling, leasing, and advising on joint ventures and development, we saw a need to bring together a group that combines a focus on these transactions and condominium matters. There is often a gap between services provided by condominium boutiques and many large firms which our team seeks to bridge. The real estate market continues to evolve to recognize the benefits provided by condominiums regardless of asset type. We see this as an opportunity to satisfy our clients’ needs with respect to commercial transactions, condominium structures and where they intersect.
